This 100% polyaspartic system uses Resinwerks product. It is built to bond to the slab, cover the floor with color flake and protect it with a clear topcoat.

Prepared concrete. The floor is ground, cleaned and repaired so the coating can grip.

Epoxy or polyaspartic: which is better for a Florida garage?
We install a 100% polyaspartic system with no epoxy and no standard polyurea. It is UV stable, so it will not yellow in the Florida sun. It resists hot tire pickup and chemicals, and it installs in one day. Epoxy is what most homeowners search for, so if you have been looking up epoxy garage floors, this is the upgrade. Do I need to empty the garage?
The floor needs to be clear before we start. Let us know about heavy items during your estimate and we will plan around them.
Can you coat over old paint or epoxy?
Old paint or epoxy usually needs to be removed first. The new floor needs clean, sound concrete to bond the right way. Why prep decides whether a floor peels.
What if my floor has cracks?
Most cracks and small damaged spots can be repaired before the coating goes down. We check that during the estimate.
What if moisture comes through the slab?
Moisture needs to be checked before the job. A coating should not be used to hide a moisture problem.
How do I pick a color?
We bring samples so you can see the colors in your own garage.
When can I walk on it?
You can walk on many floors in as little as 1 hour. The floor and the weather can change the timing.
When can I park on it?

How do I keep it clean?
